Apologies for my absenteeism, but I’m away in vacation in Seoul, Korea right now and having the time of my life! Seoul is a very beautiful city and the food here is simply amazing. I’m already so inspired to make a few dishes that I’ve tried here.
Anyways, I’m off to Lotte World aka the largest indoor/outdoor theme park in the world!

I know some of you have been waiting for this post for a very long time because of my discovery of the Whole Foods market. But more on that later after the jump. First, sweet chili chicken and broccoli stir fry.
We had another family BBQ over this past weekend as my brother and sister-in-law and my super cute nephew were in town. Of course, a family party was in order. With the gorgeous weather, sangria, and BBQ, I couldn’t have asked for a better set up! And this time I wasn’t bringing dessert!!! I decided to bring some mini chive and bacon quiches.
I’ll be honest with you — I haven’t been cooking any amazing dishes as of late. This week has been just chaotic. I’ve been seriously counting down the days to my vacation. I think I really need it.
Crumby. Not crummy. Vacation is calling my name in less than week, for god’s sake!
Seriously. By this time next week, I’ll be at YVR awaiting an 11.5 hour flight to Seoul, Korea! Excited.
